Shipping policy

Free shipping

Shipping is free on all orders to the countries we deliver to (currently Finland and the Netherlands).

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery time is 5–12 working days after dispatch. During peak seasons, public holidays or because of the carrier, delivery may occasionally take longer.

Tracking

When your order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking number.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery address carefully when ordering. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated time or was damaged in transit, contact us at support@shoptenvio.com and we will investigate and send a replacement or refund your order.
