1. General

This online store (shoptenvio.com) is operated by Tenvio, Stora Kvinns Väg 74, 12559 Älvsjö, Sweden, email support@shoptenvio.com ("we", "us"). These terms apply to all orders and all products in the store. By using the website or placing an order you accept these terms and the policies they refer to (privacy, shipping and refund policy). We may update these terms; changes take effect when published on this page and do not affect orders already placed.

2. Products

We aim to show products, colours and images as accurately as possible. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen. We may change our range and limit order quantities.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT. Shipping is free unless stated otherwise at checkout. The price that applies is the price shown when you place the order. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store your card details.

4. Orders

An order is binding once you have received the order confirmation by email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or if a product is out of stock. In that case any payment will be refunded in full.

5. Delivery

Delivery times and terms are described in our shipping policy. Delivery times are estimates. Risk for the goods passes to you when you or a person designated by you receives them.

6. Right of withdrawal and satisfaction guarantee

You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal and at least a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on every product, as described in our refund policy.

7. Warranty and complaints

You have the rights provided by applicable consumer law if a product is faulty. Contact us at support@shoptenvio.com and describe the problem, preferably with a photo.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under mandatory consumer law.

9. Intellectual property

Texts, images and logos on this website are protected. They may not be copied or used without permission.

10. Disputes and applicable law

Please contact us first so we can resolve the matter together. Consumers can also turn to the consumer dispute body in their country of residence or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence always apply.
